ok i have a question about sampling and copyright laws

i want to sample 'still ballin' by tupac in a song im making...what are the laws for this?...do i have to get the estate's eprmission of do i just have to put 'sampled: 'still ballin' by tupac" in the credits?

any help would be appreciated
