Whats The Best For Making Your Beats?

can someone who actually does this outside of this
web site let me know what they use to make beats? ive heard of hip hop e jay 4 and of cubase sx.... mixman is good as well but a demos useless... slowing fast techno beats down to make them hip hop beats...could someone let me know because this cant be done on cool edit? help a mod out....la paz |
