Craig David's foundation has come from it, Daniel Beddingfields tracks have been remixed to this type of music. Richie is part of the award winning V2 Crew, voted best UK Garage DJs at the Welsh Dance Music Awards. Richie and the V2 Crew are widely acknowledged for bringing the UK Garage sound to Wales and the West.

Richie's talents have been showcased nation-wide whilst playing for the majority of big name promotions on the scene, with bookings as far afield as Ibiza, Germany and Thailand. Richie is co-promoter of Pure Essence, one of Wales' most prestigious UK Garage nights, which has ran for three successful years at The Palace club in Swansea and continues to bring big name DJs and MCs to the Welsh masses.

With his finger firmly on the UK Garage pulse, Richie Vibe Vee is looking forward to bringing an upfront and diverse selection of beats to the 1Xtra set up. As well as joining 1Xtra, this summer Richie and the V2 Crew will be residents at Catch the Feelin at Club Summon in Ibiza. He also joined Radio 1 Live in Ayia Napa in July, playing alongside the Dreem Teem.
