but is it the govts fault that black people dont vote??? obviously thats gonna happen wen u dont vote, the people running for office arent going to do things to try and win ur vote and help u out..... cuz ur too lazy to go out and wait in a line once every 2 years.... people try to say "im not gonna vote cuz it doesnt matter" or their vote wont mean anythin in the long run.... but u forget that if people thiunk ur votin.... theyre gonna try and do things that benefit u to get some more votes......
