Yo made this after my first poem (My Theory On Life). People seemed to like it so i thought i'd spit another one. Tell me waht ya think.


A childs mind is a vast ocean, full of ideas
and questions to last a lifetime/
time...kids have plenty, but dont use it wisley/
Time is an endless clock, fingers ticking down to ure death sentance/
Don't think bout thier future, just think bout whats goin on/
thats why im makin this, poetic type song/
aint that long...but it explains a lot/
as i child i fought...to gain respect/
as Tupac said the E in "panther" stands for effect/
but kids these days dont care.../
My heart they tear apart/
dont appriciate rap, dont see that its art/

I remember being a child, reaching up to the sky with open hands/
Mad because it always slipped through my fingers...the annoying sands/
didnt appriciate life...but then i understood/
started to rap as much as a termite eats wood/
started to rhyme cuz i was lonely/
had no one but my one and only/
and i still love her to this day, and i never forget/
those moments we had together, i will never regret/
thinkin back my past, remember tod, never believed in god/
he always talked about "the tide"/
next thing i know, he commits suicide/
never went to bad things, never wanted to smoke pot/
next thing i know, for no reason i got shot/
thinkin back to my past, damn it was wild/
this is the story of me, my life as a child.....

I like this one from you. The second part was good but the first part hit me harder.

That part right there was what I was like when I was younger, and still am today, occasionally. So I liked it a lot. Nice job.
