Wording-to see how good their choice of words n shit was.The description of shit in they verse.Emotion n Imagery falls under this catergory Flow-U should know.Multis n shit.. That's what I look for. |

Man... I vote on creativity & origionality, rhyme technique & what I was able to take from the peice as a reader..
Cause those are the things that make a good verse.. All those dumb ass netcee words like "imagry" and "emotion" and all that horse shit arnt worth the time and say absolutly nothing about the verse.. I dispise people who use queer ass geek terminology when giving feedback on topicals.. |

Emotion: Can The Reader Really FEEL What You're Saying. Stuff That People Relate To And Really Are Touched By. Concept: The Idea You Chose To Take Your Piece. ^^^, Is Not The Same As Storyline. Creativity: Was The Concept Original? Or Something Thats Played Out. Its Plain To See Someone Use A Topic Literally. Creativity Is How Well You Make The Topic YOURS. Storyline: How Well You Executed Your Concept. Did All Your Details And Such Flow Smoothly And Make Sence. Imagery/Detail: How Well Do You Describe Your Intended Message. i see how well they followed the topic..
if theyre piece was all over the place then they lose lol imagery is also a huge part of my vote i need to be able to see the story or event there narrating creativity is also a biggy if their piece looks like everyone elses then its minus points.. but if its an original style they get my vote and also i see who used better vocab to describe the topic they were given.. its gotta make sense tho

i look for creativity..a good concept...emotion...stuff like that...
But mostly i like a verse that makes me think..not one that i read and then never think about again...but one were after ive read it...it makes me think...kinda like a message in it...stuff like that...people touching up on real issues and ish... and like traid said..a good twist...because it should kinda be like a story..and all storys have twists...

hmm, usually i look for creativity, how well he/she expressed their concept, understanding of language; did they really put forth a committed knowledge to this piece, or did they just randomly use big words to make their rhyming look advanced.........
so overall: it has to be concise, well-expressed, meaningful, involving, fluent........and have some sort of flow. and for me, spelling and grammatical errors reduce the enjoyment level tremendously is their appearance is repetitive..........but that comes at the end of my judgement.........i dont think i'd ever base my vote off of that, just more of advice than anything.

I hate most topical battles. Rev,nos,anxiety,atticus,drakel,os1ris and some more have great topicals. The rest purpously overuse vocab and describe pointless scenery to the point of dead sleep.

i look for creativty, multiples meanin creativty, imagery, emotion, flow
i could careless about stucture, vocabulary but vocab isn't bad to have sure you should have a lil bit in there not to much though, and i make sure they have a good syllable count when they use multiples.
