^ Learn the turtle freeze, then learn how to move in it. Thats the only thing I need to do to keep abs, I hate doing situps and shit so its pretty cool. It also makes your wrists stronger and more flexible, and all of your arms (including shoulders and forearms) stronger.

cut a hockey stick and drill a hole in the middle with a rope through it. put the other end of the rope through a 25 pound plate or so, hold your arms straight out... then roll the stick so that the rope wraps around it, pulling the plate up.

curls build your forearms i work on the roof everyday and those shingles aint light trust me and that doesn't build your forearms when i curl it does though
