elaborate? Turtle? google search for Turtle obviously doesnt come up with sites about exercise, and neither does "Turtle exercise"...

^ Learn the turtle freeze, then learn how to move in it.

Thats the only thing I need to do to keep abs, I hate doing situps and shit so its pretty cool. It also makes your wrists stronger and more flexible, and all of your arms (including shoulders and forearms) stronger.

cut a hockey stick and drill a hole in the middle with a rope through it. put the other end of the rope through a 25 pound plate or so, hold your arms straight out... then roll the stick so that the rope wraps around it, pulling the plate up.

yeah i got one of those made at my house, you dont have to use a hockey stick though, a broomstick or any wooden stick is cheaper... and yeah, its mad cheap and works.

Pecs are easy man

u got push ups

bench press

chest press

military press

dip dows



So many options with chest

But, one thing to remember is to not over work the chest...U don't wanna do all those every day...Skip a day here and there in the chest routine

curls build your forearms i work on the roof everyday and those shingles aint light trust me and that doesn't build your forearms when i curl it does though

Dip downs are those exercises where you support yourself with your arms and literally dip down and raise yourself back up. It's usually on an apparatus that's made for that exercise. Your body is suspended above the floor.
