i used to do it a bit when i was younger.........
but i had a ski accident in 2001 and my lower back and my wrist are noticebly weaker and hurt when they aren't 100%comfortable so i figured i shouldn't breakdance anymore just in case i did something..... i used to body pop as well but my back is weak so it has to skip out my lower back and there's no point........... then again i could just get physio or something :S |

i can get the rythem goin..... do 3 different suicides some 1 wit a flip... i can wind mill and do a pretty sick 6 step and a variation .... i can do the turtle walking and spin... and this sick ass move where you throw your right leg to the left dumb hard and you spin right land on your hands and bring it in wit a twist and your face inches from the floor......
thats bout the most i can do......
