actually, some studies are suggesting "letting rage out" without focus or purpose is not helpful either. They say it perpetuates the negative toxins in the blood that's already causing you to feel that way. I believe a more constructive release of the anger is beneficial.

I've never been to anger management...But, I did go to a psychologist once while in school. I thought it was so fake I only went that one time. I never went again.


I think finding the right person to talk to helps...

I had to do 3 days of anger management... Not because im angry, I had to do it for work.

Fuckin cunt shits, all of them. I was so glad to finish that shit. Fuck... ill never go back. Its pretty ironic that going there made me angry. All the bitches (and its almost always women running your class or session) are so nice... but not in a good way. Theyre too nice.. so nice that anyone with a shred of intelligence would feel patronized. The way they talk to you is demeaning. Like you're some retarded idiot, with no self control and they're miles above you in every way.
