Spul, with th interface, a preap is useless son. and breathe deep and relax, you don't have to do jack shit to an interface other than set the output volume.
why dno't you google for how these things work? you can't have what you want by jsut sitting there twiddling your thumbs, you have to actually persue it. do you want success? how much?

best bet would be to get an audio interface.... a GOOD one will cost between 180-300 (correction: at FUCKIN GUITAR CENTER)

ohhh welll, i got the m audio mobile pre (its called that even tho it is an audio interface) ....... but i guess the fast track usb would be just as good..... theres actually a link for wat i got ON that same site..... fuckin gay tho that at guitar center that shit cost me 200 with tax, and its so much less ordered online......
