I'm asking about flowing to a beat...if i suck simply off of being on the beat the wrong way that makes your opinion obsolete...let's see

ODB had an awful flow
RZA does....

But their both ill...

E 40 is COMPLETE trash
and he is NO WHERE near the best, like you said.
Nas, from what I heard, is always on beat
Ghostface Killa is dope, and Ive NEVER heard him rap off beat.
gimme a song.
ODB WAS NOT Ill.
Rza is aiigh, but I've never heard him rap off beat.
you're bullshit.
and Immortal Technique isnt "one of the best emcees"
as you previously said.

E-40 ain't bad, ODB is pretty good maybe not what you consider ill but good either way and no Nas couldn't reallly ride a beat. and I never said 40 or Technique were one of the best but they're still nice

lmfao
if it doesnt come naturally, then you're not a good rapper.

That's not the point though HOW u do it would come naturally but asking how to stay on it properly is a different story.

you said
"some of the best rappers flow off beat"
so naming the rappers that you named implies that those are the best rappers
You went from e 40 bein nice, to e 40 bein "not bad"
e 40 is a fat faggot that raps WAAAY to fast to slow ass beats. He's horrible.
ODB is weird as hell.
Nas has always flowed to a beat, I never heard him flow off beat.

o woops my bad but still e-40 has a nice catalogue fuck what u say 40>>>>>u. He has a style of his own that's what came to him naturally same for MF Doom he comes correctly woth the drums but when you hear other instruments it's like he's flowing to a beat that's not even there but that's his style he's ill either way, sometimes you gotta realize that not everyone sees somethign the same way as you. And that's overly ignorant of you sayng a black peson would know how to ride a beat and wouldn't ask this question. How could u put stereoptypes on ur own race like that? either way if we wanna talk about legends RZA IS off beat...there are many others I know it. you're wrong on the most part.

BTW Joe Budden ain't a legend Immortal>>>>>>>>Budden if you wanna talk about how much rappers are noticed then let's see Budden gets radio play and still no one gives a fuck about him on the most part I admit he's ill and incredibly overrated but IT>>>>>>Budden on the overall...he's better conceptually, storytelling and most importantly a record catalogue.

to add another Chino XL is off beat
