Dont be so ignorant.. shes a child, and probably knows no better. I have a 10 year old daughter myself and while I am very open to her about sexual organs and sexual relations etc, she doesnt really understands what I say. She doesnt understand the actual magnitude of it all.
The man, being 26 years old, is who should feel the full brunt of the responsibility... and be punished accordingly. This is paedophilia we are talking about here, which is a serious offence.

Sad thing is, its true, girls are developing at a younger age. There is no 'pregnant age' as I saw someone type in here. It depends on when the girl starts menstrating. Some girls its early, but others its very late teens. This, 11 and 8.. is out of control. Ive read reports that it is actually the hormones they pump into our foods today, especially chicken, that is causing young girls to develop alot earlier that usual.
